Although his manager, Efya, did her best to make up for his lapses, the final straw came when we were told that an iron and ironing board could not be delivered to our rooms, and that we would instead have to pay extra to have our clothes ironed for us. “Room was okay, staff were courteous and listening. However, management had to do something about smoking policy on the first floor where customers are permitted to open wide their doors and fill the entire floor with smoke. It poses terrible hazard on everyone on the entire building. Also had to be chasing on a single iron which is used by everyone,for this reason I had to wear my clothes without ironing.”

“Our stay at Grand Casamora Hotel was nothing short of rewarding. It was our first trip to Ghana. The room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Chris was especially kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. He made us feel like family. In addition, Grand Casamora is a great location with many shops within walking distance. We hope to be back for a longer visit. Highly recommended!”

“The property is a fraud and the service atrocious as follows: The rooms: they are sold as deluxe with a balcony. No room (including executive room, which I upgraded to at great cost) had a balcony. A most dishonest bunch of characters. Cockroaches: the fridge was dirty. It was infested with cockroaches. The coffee machine in the room had dirt and dead cockroaches in the water cannister.
