“I was disappointed at the overall unprofessional management of this property. It was noisy, dirty, cocroaches in the rooms, internet/wifi issues, dstv went off for weeks because of lack of subscription renewal, some of the staff where always hanging out either eating, chatting or charging their phones in the hallway leading to the room I booked etc. I could go on and on. On a positive note, staff were respectful and helpful but all in all I'll definitely not be making any booking at the property...

“Room was okay, staff were courteous and listening. However, management had to do something about smoking policy on the first floor where customers are permitted to open wide their doors and fill the entire floor with smoke. It poses terrible hazard on everyone on the entire building. Also had to be chasing on a single iron which is used by everyone,for this reason I had to wear my clothes without ironing.”

“The property is a fraud and the service atrocious as follows: The rooms: they are sold as deluxe with a balcony. No room (including executive room, which I upgraded to at great cost) had a balcony. A most dishonest bunch of characters. Cockroaches: the fridge was dirty. It was infested with cockroaches. The coffee machine in the room had dirt and dead cockroaches in the water cannister.
