“Excellent family run apartments, staff all very willing to assist. Food can be cooked if ordered well in advance, and there is a take away menu in the room but aside from breakfast, there is not really a restaurant. however, this is really an apartment, and as such it is excellent. Would definitely return here and recommend without hesitation.”

“The facility was great, but what was unexpected was the high standard of hospitality. The hospitality standard is more on par with what you would see at a five star hotel in other places in the world. It was truly impressive. The rooms are nice, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, directly across the street from the University of Ghana. If my travels take me to this area again I will definitely be staying here.”

“The hotel was clean and the added breakfast everymorning was a great touch. A variety in the breakfast menu aside from bread, tea, eggs and sausage would be an excellent touch. One thing though was that a spa was advertised as being on site however the nearest spa is outside the hotel and not really affiliated to the hotel. I dont feel it is right to advertise a service you dont provide. This does not take anything away from your excellent service at the hotel, it only adds a little...

“I had a terrible experience at this hotel. During a rainstorm, our hotel room flooded — water was literally pouring in through the door. I slipped and fell on the soaking wet floor, and all of my belongings that were on the ground got drenched. The hotel moved us to a different room, but that one had no hot water and a horrible smell. “Cockroaches. I stayed there two nights, killed about 10 of the little bast**** I complained, they said they would spray, they didn't. Front desk service was, poor, unprofessional, half the time there was no one at the front desk. They encouraged me to never book using Hotels.com again, they wanted cash.
