We went with our baseball team, and night one we had two people from our team get their car windows busted out, not including how many other people there that it happened too also. Night two it happened AGAIN. One dad got his truck his both nights in a row. The cops and staff said this is “normal” it happens all the time including in the daylight. “Nice hotel! Clean room. The front desk worker acted like she couldn't be bothered. When we stayed, there were a string of vehicle break-ins. Not the hotels fault, and apparently something that was happening all around Columbus. Close to the Easton Center & lots of restaurants and shopping!”

“They seemed really short staffed. I had to go to the front desk at least 3 different times because the bathroom didn't have enough washcloths or a blanket that didn't have spots on it. So I waited about a hour and went back to the front desk, thinking maybe they needed to wash some but he still said they had none gave me more hand towels and then found 1 more wash cloth. Luckily I do bring my own, so we had just enough. But was a bad smell upon entering the facility and aslo not well lit inside....
