“Great place”

“Beautiful cozy room. The room was clean and the best was comfortable m. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We wanted to walk around on our check out day and they were kind to hold on to the chocolates I purchased so they wouldn’t melt while we were walking. The breakfast was delicious. My only small complaint is we were in the first floor room next to the dining area and could hear everything happening there from late night ice run to the morning breakfast prep. It wasn’t horrible just...

“Albergo comodo, pulito con una bella hall. Camera spaziosa e letto comodissimo. Ottima la qualità della biancheria letto/bagno. Utile la presenza di una piscina e di una palestra veramente ben attrezzata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. L'unica nota negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è il rumore eccessivo causato dalla doccia del vicino, quando utilizzata. Le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. ”

“everything was nice”

“L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione di Downtown Boulder. La stanza ed il bagno sono molto grandi, dotate di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno semplice. Il personale dell'hotel è stato estremamente gentile, mi hanno anche fatto il favore enorme di custodire il mio bagaglio per qualche ora dopo il check out! ”

“They gave me an accessible room. When requested the staff to change it because I have a back problem and cannot bend over, they refused to help.”

“The property is well located near the will village at cu boulder . The maintenance is so so and the overall structure is old. The cleaning is the aspect more important. The have carpet ( old one ) everywhere and need a deep cleaning. The air conditioner is noisy and when I reach my room (414 ) was unclean and full of dust!! My first hour in the room I spent to cleaning a spraying Lysol disinfectant. ”

“While well reviewed here, our room was certainly an exception to that. The light bulbs were dull. There was no window to the outside. The floor lamp was leaning over. The king bed room was not advertised as a handicapped room, and the handicap shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. There was little space on the counter in the bathroom. I could feel the springs in the mattress when I sat. There was no night light in the bathroom. The breakfast was okay at best. Honestly, I've had better stays in a...

“Nice stay with great staff”

“The breakfast was good each day. The checkin and checkout process was more time consuming than it needed to be. Warm cookies are always good. Everything worked in the room but the internet access was not the greatest.”
