Mi è piaciuto: Pulizia e condizioni e dotazioni della struttura
I have been debating on how to rate our 1 night stay, trying to state the facts vs my irritation.
-Parking, it's either street parking or Valet for $40. There was no street parking, so had to use the Valet. I don't believe this was noted in my reservation, but I could have overlooked it. The young man was great, he was helpful, professional and so nice.
-Check in with "Maddie" (if I am remembering right) was easy and fast. She was also very friendly.
-We came downstairs at 9:03 pm to grab something quick to eat. The bar was open. Food was served until 10. We ordered chicken tacos and a chicken sandwich. It took 50 minutes to get those 2 things. The chicken tacos were inedible and the 1 side I ordered didn't come. When I asked about it, I was told the kitchen was closed and I couldn't get it, yet I had pd. for it. The sandwich was the wrong one but my daughter ate it anyway. The 2 items plus a cocktail was $56. Honestly we could have had better food at Taco Bell. That was VERY DISSAPPOINTING and not up to expectation for a Moxy or the price.
-Room was clean. Small - to be expected, but clean.
-The next morning check out was a breeze; Maddie was still there and sweet.
-Another young man helped us put our bags in our car, since we could stay parked there until later that day, was terrific. Also friendly, nice and accommodating.
Overall, experience was good. It could have been great, but the food was underwhelming. Eat somewhere else if you are in a pinch.
