“We arrived early and were informed our room had been upgraded and was ready to occupy. 😄 Lovely suite with plenty of room. Staff were always helpful and informed us that they had laundry room we could use when they bumped into us on our way to laundromat. Saved a long hot walk.”

“Convenient location, walking distance to harbour and restaurants. In an area with a lively nightlife but did not disturb sleep.”

“We came in late and they were very helpful at that time. They review the schedule in the morning allowing us for a late check out. Check out is 12 pm but after review they allowed us to check out at 1:30 pm.”

“The location, cleanliness, furnishing, spaciousness, and local were great. The kitchenette was perfect. The staff responded in good time to inquiries. I did have some trouble checking in on my Android - had to borrow a friend's iPhone. And one night was loud until midnight bc of the pub below. But the rest of the time it was extremely quiet and lovely. The bed was also extremely comfortable!”
