“The place was beautiful how ever the service was poor what made it worse was the place had minimal people actually in the resort and 20-30 minutes to get a drink at the pool was absolutely unacceptable”

“The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”

“Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. “This is a low cost property, but for the low price, it's very good. It's clean and tidy, but certainly not salubrious. It's not particularly conveniently placed relative to the town, but it's on a major bus route--the (very frequent) number 1 route that goes right to the central bus station. There's not much nearby except for a couple of small stores, and the airport is just under a mile away, down a steep hill. That was a good thing for me as I had to walk there. Non servito dagli autobus, si arriva in zona ristoranti con una piacevole passeggiata, 20 minuti a piedi, strada però in salita e dissestata. Ci tornerei sicuramente.”
