“Parking is a big issue especially if you drive a pickup. Signs everywhere don't park here.They're waiting for you to screw up so they can have your vehicle towed. Certainly no way to treat customers who are trying to have a stress free vacation!”

“I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s very expensive for what you actually get, especially with all the hidden fees. They charge daily for self-parking in an open lot (with plenty of space), and many amenities come with extra costs that aren’t worth it. The location is inconvenient—far from the beach and most activities. The hotel itself feels plain and not at all like a 5-star experience. “Great location, room was clean, staff on computer were friendly and helpful, a/c was a bit loud with a large thermostat range. But I would definitely stay here again. ”

Upon being shown this, the manager made a very firm point to inform me that they have a no refund policy. This was genuinely about as bad as it gets. ”
