Hello,
I am a Hilton Honors member and wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay, as the experience did not meet the standards I typically associate with the Hilton brand.
I arrived at the hotel around 1:00 AM after traveling, and at that hour all I was hoping for was a clean room, a working television, and the ability to get a good shower and night’s sleep. Unfortunately, the room was noticeably old and not clean. I found a woman’s hair in the shower, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. In addition, the television in the room did not work.
The following morning, the breakfast quality was very disappointing. The food was bland, and the texture was unappetizing almost plastic-like. On top of that, the staff interactions were not very pleasant, and overall hospitality at this location felt severely lacking. There appears to be a need for improved customer service and hospitality training at this site.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because this experience fell well below expectations, especially as a Hilton Honors member who regularly stays at Hilton properties. I hope this feedback can be used to address these issues and improve the guest experience moving forward.
