“I chose this hotel for its location. It is within walking distance of the places where I wanted to visit.
There is a bit of wear and tear in the hotel but it is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Also I found the food in the restaurant to be great and reasonably priced.
I had a very early checkout and the kitchen staff prepared me some food to go as I would miss the breakfast service.
I would definitely stay here again if I am in Cebu City.”

“GV Tower is a modern building, with kind staff and located downtown qalking distance from Cebu must-see Santo Niño Basilica.
Unfortunately my room was infested by cockroaches and bugs - wich I suspect affects all the other rooms. Also the bed sheet was dusty. Morevover the air-con is at same height of the bed and that makes it unhealthy. On top of that the window's glasses are thin and depiste being a high-rise it's very noisy.
It is a budget hotel, so the price is very attractive, but the cons...
“This was my 2nd time staying in the San Remo Residence and we always have an amazing few days. The place is cleaned and well equipped especially for us that we like to cook and eat in the condo to save. The guards are very friendly and the management are very accommodating. "Ottimo hotel centrale. Molti fast food vicini ma pochi ristoranti. Struttura recente. Personale gentile. Un poco rumoroso soprattutto la notte per il traffico.Ottimo, anche se limitato, il breakfast, alla carta, senza pero' scelta di dolci e di succhi di frutta per mancanza di buffet. Solo un asciugamano grande in camera e poco shampoo e carta igienica. Antipatica la richiesta di cauzione in contanti di 1000 pesos che ritornano an check out."
