“The entire hotel is dirty and smells like smoke because they allow people to smoke in a poorly ventilated courtyard located in the middle of the hotel. The smoke travels throughout the hallways and under your door into your room. The rooms are also poorly ventilated, so everything smells like smoke. The street in front of the hotel also floods when it rains. The front desk staff are dishonest and will charge you double the tourism tax and then tell you to claim the extra charge directly from the...

“Room are constantly humid since almost all lack any window at all. The shower/toilet is just a glass partition inside the bedroom and it never drys. Your clothes, linen and luggage absorb the moisture and get wet. Management had no solution and refused cancellation. After strong words and 3 days, allowed upgrade to one of the few rooms with window. The “wonderful” reviews posted seem clearly fake. Cleaning staff made a great effort to make the room livable”

“開業から2周年らしく、全体はきれいです。スタッフの対応は丁寧です。 部屋の清掃は普通です。 宿泊した部屋のキーチェーンは引っ張ったら壁の固定が抜けてしまい、意味を成していませんでした。 再開発の地域のようで、同じ建物の外周には飲食店やコンビニ的な商店があり、不便ではないです。 最寄りの駅からは歩きには遠く、歩きにくい道で、ホテルからの出発とホテルへの戻りはGrabにしました。 これから周囲の再開発で良くなっていくと思います。”

“There is tourist tax and cleaning fees not shown on the booking and are add on later. This is an apartment leasing so expect the fees to be high. Not worth for short term stay as cleaning fees are same regardless 1 night or 10 nights. Lastly the Aircon compressor are making vibration noise. If light sleeper you can avoid this place ”

“I am coming to this hotel about once a year since 2017. Rooms are spacious and clean. I had the Junior Suite and I enjoyed having a proper desk, a separate simple seating area, and a kitchen with flowing water. The attached shopping mall has degraded a bit since pre-covid times and dining options there are very limited now. Anyhow, there is local food in easy walking distance, and a large, modern shopping mall with plenty of dining options a 15 minute walk away. Breakfast in the hotel I like...

“There was mold on my fridge, shower head, and sink ”

“In the living room there was a on the ground sofa bed which was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. The apartment was clean and it had a good view. ”

“Do not stay at this accommodation, it is terrible. When we arrived at the location there is no signage and we were not given any prior instructions. After calling and then corresponding by WhatsApp, we finally after a very stressful hour, were given directions on how to retrieve keys. Please note this is not a hotel but residential apartments. “The place was clean with a great view. The bed was comfortable, and the responses to my inquiries were quick. It was also convenient that the bedroom and living room were separated. It was the best choice.”

“Rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The Staff was never intrusive, and help was delivered promptly when called upon. A few issues need to be addressed, but overall a good experience. ”
