“The place is very clean, the beds are comfortable, th bathroom clean and well equipped. They had water bottles, coffee and tea available all the long. There’s a full bar onsite. Breakfast was nothing special. I would stay there again. ”

“Maybe the bed. We were a family of three of us. We choose a room with two queen bed and definitely we had some problems to sleep. A queen bed for me and my husband was too little and a queen bed for my son was too big!”

“Ero già stato in questo Motel, dall’aspetto piacevole, ma non avevo mai avuto la “fortuna” di avere una camera su Lombard St. Per via del rumore e della mancanza di insonorizzazione è stato praticamente impossibile dormire, inoltre l’impianto di riscaldamento obsoleto fa dei rumori veramente inusuali e preoccupanti. La camera era stata pulita male e c’erano numerosi capelli di precedenti ospiti un po’ ovunque. ”

“The cost of the hotel is very affordable, and the pier is very close by.”

“Nice motel style structure, heated pool and clean rooms. Had a nice style to the property. Breakfast available in the foyer. Parking right outside the front door (big plus in SF). On the downside the hotel had lots of people hanging around outside the property all day and we sadly didn't feel that safe to walk around with our two teenagers.”

“I have stayed here for 20 years, it was The Opal and it has been gorgeously remodeled but has all the things I love before. In and out enclosed parking, Mel’s Diner attached so food mostly anytime, comfortable beds👍, conveniently located at Van Ness and Geary Street so Ubers and cabs etc are easy. Tommy’s Joint an SF favorite for great food, beer and cocktails across the street. And a big movie theater practically next door. Very reasonable price for how nice it is now.”
