"Nice hotel, fairly clean room, the complementary bottle of water could had been a little bigger (330ml is unjustifiably cheap, a 1l bottle costs 1$ at the supermarket), the bathroom was nice and clean, the bed comfortable and spacious."
"The property is very nice with a collection of artworks and lot of charme.
Two elements I didn’t like:
1) the room was at ground floor with a window directly on the street. We had check in at 4pm with still light outside and the window was closed with everything dark.
To open the window I had to move some forniture..
2) No soundproofing at all due to an old door. Starting from 5 in the morning the housekeeping and some staff started working in the corridor / restaurant for breakfast and there was lot of noise.
3) except for Jess in the reception and the waiter at breakfast time, personnel not very helpful
It is a real shame because overall the property is in a nice area and the building - common areas are very nice. "
