“Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel”

“Room was clean. Didn't get to need anything from the staff. Only thing we asked for was an iron which they didn't have. I only stayed for the night. The air conditioner worked fine. Now, the hallway doors were open for everyone. Like if someone from outside decided to enter, it was open. That was weird. Other than that, everything was good.”

“Not a safe place for a single woman traveling alone. No staff present when I arrived. Interior was not as pictured. Grateful to get a refund and do not feel this property should be featured on Expedia. ”

“Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels.”

“The egg smelling water is terrible. But the ice machine must have had a filter because it was ok. We went to the store and bought drinking water. There is a broken hand rail on the stairs leading into the hotel which could be hazardous if you didn't notice it. Bring your own bath towels, they are thin and small. If you have a river view it is nice. Nice mini frig that was cold and a nice microwave. Decent value for what you get.”

“Great hospitality, breakfast was good, pool and hot tub were actually functional and nice which is not the case at every hotel. The hotel bar was also nice.”

“Staff and breakfast were great. Beds were comfortable. However, the hotel was nothing like the reviews we read. Carpets were dirty and room was run down.”

“We asked for a disabled room and we’re given one full-size bed for two people. We were switched to another room with two beds however, the toilet would not flush. The breakfast was very minimal and there were loud partiers outside of our window at 2 AM one of the worst stays we’ve ever had in a hotel. ”

“The lady that checked us in was not very nice . Seemed like she hated her job. The lady at the front desk on Saturday was very helpful and nice which made up for the lady checking us in. We ended up enjoying our stay”

“Nice place to stay for the weekend while visiting Great America. Directly across from the main entrance. Several food options with in walking distance from the hotel and a huge shopping mall, a short drive away. Appears to be recently remolded and a popular indoor pool area. Breakfast did not appeal to us and didn’t try, but would still stay here again if in town again.”
