The only hitch I ran into was a prepaid for a breakfast, and when I went down, there was a sign on the door saying that the restaurant was closed. I was told by The front desk that they would have to process it when the manager was there because the refund needs to come through Expedia, which is fine. Honestly, for what I needed it for it was perfect. I only needed one night to conduct an attendance online memorial service…. But the room was well appointed to where if I had needed a longer day I would’ve been very comfortable. Very comfortable bed lots of pillow choices good lighting. Little bit of an issue getting my CPAP plug plugged in next to the bed at first, but I worked it out. Really, I can’t complain. The breakfast wasn’t their fault, the restaurant is a separate entity. They had a well stock store with food items that I utilise when I got hungry in the middle of the night. And even then the staff asked me if I had my ticket for my breakfast in the morning, so they clearly didn’t know at one in the morning that the breakfast was not going to be on. I’m sure that the issue will be taken care of with Expedia. Will definitely stay again if a local hotel is needed to me.
