“Only stayed at the hotel, didn't go to water park. Had a hard time finding the right building. No info in room (T.V. channel guide, local restaurant guide, etc.). T.V. was good quality but lacked a lot of channels.”

“They gave us a room that maintenance was actively working on. The A/C unit was torn apart and the dresser drawers were scattered around the room. They did get us a new room but we had already unloaded all of our belongings and had to move all of our stuff to the opposite side of the hotel. Which is a lot of stuff when you have a 2 year old.”

“We found a roach in our resort room. And the ceiling had dust particals. The bathroom curtian had stains. The bed had a bodily fluids. When i spoke to the front desk they said they couldnt do anything about it.”

“We had a good time. Rooms are nice size and mostly clean. Water park was fun, especially for the little ones. There toddler area was great. Not the best place for older kids. The restaurant has decent food”

“The property was nice. I like that it was family friendly. There were different eating options and outside dining as well. We had a harbor view which was wonderful especially in the a.m. Would visit again.”

“Positives : We went during the off season and the hotel was pretty much to ourselves same with the water park and arcade. Which was perfect for us and our 1 year old . The room has a whirpool which was also a plus , very spacious for the little one to wander . The waterpark was definitely run down and paint chipping . Water was cold besides the hot tub. You can tell that at some point this hotel was in its prime but in 2026 definitely needs some work done and lots of maintenance. A lot of the...

“The rooms are a great size with everything you need. It's great walking distance to everything downtown. You can tell the property is a little older, but everything worked great and was cleaned well. I wish the bed was more confortable and it was less noisy, but overall i would recommend it”

“The room was clean, the amenities were very good, and the space was very comfortable in size. The pool and fireplace were warm, the hot tub was definitely hot, and the bed was good. Some areas of the room, buildings and grounds are showing their age, but the stay was great! The only recommendations I could critique about is the pool/hot tub/sauna area floor has little pebbles as the surface and they are starting to pop out making walking on gravel bare-footed painful when you catch a loose...

“All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around.
