“The establishment was nice and the room was nice but some of the staff were not very helpful and I felt they were being unexplainable rude to my family and guests making up rules for us specially. ”

“Room clean, bed very comfy, we picked a room with kitchenette abd had everything i needed to cook the food i brought with us. The property is spread out ave of we wanted to use the pool or hot tub we would have had to drive to that building, so that was disappointing. Breakfast was not included but there were the restaurants on site if we had wanted to purchase our meals there. Beautiful campus.”

“The rooms was great the hotel was nice the only bad thing was the breakfast no toast or English muffins and it was 6:30 and the staff said it would be a couple of minutes and we didn’t even see that employee again and finally someone got up from there table and got food everything was full but they said it wasn’t ready yet.”

“Room was clean. Bed very comfortable. My only complaint would be with bathroom lighting. Shower was poorly illuminated, and lighting was poor over sink for makeup.”

“All the hype ended up not so grand of a stay. Beds aren’t comfortable, the club lounge was not worth the money for the food they served and they tack taxes and fees on everything from the resort fees to the club lounge to the rooms. Made the mistake of Easter weekend and were over run with families with small children running around. They have a reward point system that no one tells you about and good luck getting any receipts to submit for it! Highlight of the stay was not part of...

“Terrific hotel. Will stay here on future trips to Milwaukee. Beautiful building with nice clean rooms. The standard room had a little kitchenette with a stove, and was very comfortable. I ended up needing to park on the street because the lot was full, but I had no problem finding a spot on the block. Staff was very kind and helpful.”

“Nothing to dislike. Super clean. Staff were great. We didn’t use the indoor HEATED pool or hot tub but area was very clean. Location was very walkable to great restaurants (Tuscan!) and independent coffee shops like Porch and Inspired. This trip we had chilly weather so we really enjoyed the electric fireplace in the room. This is our go-to Lake Geneva hotel.”
