“The breakfast had a nice variety of options and tasted decent.”

“The included breakfast offered a good variety including hot eggs and sausage, and a waffle maker. It's always nice to have a hot breakfast before a long drive home.”

“While the room was clean, the sink was missing the drain flange was missing causing it to leak. No one did any housekeeping to this room while we stayed here. They did not replace towels or toilet paper when this would have been basic needs. The lady at check out was busy on the computer during check out and it appeared that she was playing a video game. She didn't even pause to take the key cards from me. The key cards had to be replaced multiple times as they wouldn't work in our hotel room...

“Comfort, breakfast”

“The breakfast was great, the hot tub and pool area was large and had space for plenty of families. The pool could be a tad bit warmer but that’s a me thing and it was fine. Rooms were very good, albeit could use some more lighting. I did notice a small stain in the carpet by the a/c unit, it is only cosmetic and didn’t impact us in any way but just pointing it out. Everything else was great! I liked the location outside but very near the busy downtown area of Galena. I would stay here...

“Cute place, I liked their patio areas and lots of outdoor space in the back. Everyone was helpful, it was a great trip to Galena. Room smelled kinda funny but didn’t stink, more like a baby powder 😂 I would stay again!”

“Overall stay was horrible. Checking in front desk clerk was abrupt and rude. Did not get maid service at all for room. 1st night had to request fresh towels and someone brought some. Next day maid service came and asked them to come a little later was in shower and would be gone in 30 minutes.. Came back that evening room not cleaned nor any maid service. Contacted desk and told if we wanted clean towels had to come down from room and get them ourself. They said maid service was gone and...
