“Great place to stay, the day before House On The Rock.”

“Clearly there has never been a fire inspection done for this facility. Everything is ran by extension cords. Exposed wires and outlets held by duct tape. Luke warm water at best in the tub. Upon check in I showed my receipt where I booked 2 rooms and paid a deposit of half the room total for each room. “Parking 2-levels outside- steps were icy & snow-covered (snow had ended prior to my arrival) front desk employee was sitting in lounge area playing on phone. I feel they could have been clearing steps and/or applying salt. Instead the night employee did this well after 11pm which kept us awake as it was outside our window. Snow removal plow also dropped his blade well after what would be considered ‘quiet time’.”
