“Good breakfast, attractive decor and clean”

“I made my reservation 15 minutes before arriving. When I got there the clerk at the counter seemed annoyed that I interrupted her time spent talking with friends, that were standing at the counter. Then when she realized she needed to help me, she said "Oh, you just made this reservation, I thought I was done for thr night." I was less than impressed.”

“The staff were friendly. It's an old building but very clean. There is whimsy everywhere you turn, which keeps me coming back. The only issue that I've ever had is that the pillows are flat.”

“The breakfast offered a lot of variety but the taste was not very good. The fitness center had no free weights and both treadmills were out of order. Vending machines were out of order as well. ”

“I ordered a room with a jet tub in the room and when I show up they check me in to a room without a jetted tub when I go to talk to them about this they tell me that there are no rooms available with a jetted tub. So I can either cancel which it was spring break so everywhere in the Dells was booked, or I could take that room. So to not take away from my vacation I stayed with the room. “The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We have stayed here in the past (two adults), and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.”
