“Everything was clean and the staff was always available and eager to help. The breakfast set up was nice. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereals, bagels and a slicer and toaster, yogurts, muffins, coffee, milk and juices. I’m sure I’m missing some things. Oh and the most important thing to me is the fact that the bed was comfortable. My quality of sleep, according to my watch, was the highest it’s been.”

“The location was perfect with shops and restaurants nearby and a bus stop right outside the door. The room was clean but the pillows were really lumpy and not at all comfortable. My biggest complaint is that there wasn’t anywhere to store our clothes. A dresser or even a couple of shelves deep enough to hold folded clothes would have been a helpful addition. For more than a day or two it’s hard to live out of your suitcases”

“PERFECT stay at this new property. Was in Madison for a night to see a show at the Overture Center. This mid-range hotel was put together doing everything right. Free parking. Got checked in early with no problem. Room was great - quiet all evening and night, black-out shades, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, coffee (but no tea) in the room, min-frig, microwave. “I love this Moxy hotel! The staff is always super friendly and it's always well-maintained. I overheard someone complaining about the lack of in-room features to staff, so I was to clarify that the property is "European-style". The rooms do not much for bedside surfaces, no mini fridge, no microwave, and no closet.
