Hotel a Cambridge

“Beautiful antique decor and spacious room. Rom could have used one more lamp behind the couch and the overhead light on a dinner would have been nice. Not knowing there were no windows in the unit would have been helpful, that was a bit of a shock. Overall a good experience, would go back but not stay in the Lake Riply Room 102.”

“I tried to reduce my stay by one night and was told by the property that they would wave the charges for the extra night that I didn’t need, but I was charged anyway. Also, the room smelled unbelievably bad and the surface of the bathtub was pealing up. I checked out immediately due to the smell. I acknowledge that I needed to pay for one non-refundable night, but I was told by the hotel and Expedia that the second night would be waved and that did not happen. “There were like hundreds of ants in our bed in the morning so we left at 6:30am. Wasn’t rly anywhere else to sit in the tiny room.”

“The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking.”

“Check-in: We got there after 3pm, but two of us had to wait about half an hour for our room. Room: Rooms were nice enough and I would stay there again, but it seemed weird that there was no towel rack next to the shower, so I just put mine on the floor mat so it would be close when I was done.
