“The mattress and the sheets were not cleaned at all. They were all stained.”

“We were told to go in door 4 as it was closest to the elevator near our room. The whole lock mechanism was missing from the door so it never locked. Quick easy access from that point to get to the pool, which that door wasn’t locked either!”

“Everything was clean and the staff was always available and eager to help. The breakfast set up was nice. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereals, bagels and a slicer and toaster, yogurts, muffins, coffee, milk and juices. I’m sure I’m missing some things. Oh and the most important thing to me is the fact that the bed was comfortable. My quality of sleep, according to my watch, was the highest it’s been.”

“A bit old and worn down, but clean. Bathroom tub a bit moldy under caulk and the blanket situation was not nearly enough to stay warm - 2 sheets and a lightweight blanket inbetween, no top spread/comforter. Breakfast was decent. Staff nice.”

My room was clean and every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. There was an issue with my shower door and maintenance handled it immediately. My only issue was the website says there's an airport shuttle but that's not so. Apparently it hasn't been a thing for 2 years. I had to Lyft which wasn't terrible because the hotel is only about...
