Hotel in zona Spring Brook, Wisconsin Dells

“Best part? Free admission to the park when you stay at the hotel. Not the best hotel- beds were not super comfortable and there were no staff around!!! You get what you pay for and it worked good enough for us but we would probably not stay there again. They have a lot of buildings and we should have tried to get something closer to the theme/water park! Everything in the dells is super expensive, including mediocre food and watered down beverages at the theme/water park!”

“The property is primarily a trucking resting place. Seems appropriate for that. I will say using Expedia for booking was a big problem. I was very disappointed when they were unable to find my reservation. I ultimately had to book directly with the hotel paying the hotel price. My reservation and payment through Expedia was useless. $300+ for truck stop hotel .”

“Hallways were dirty. Our room needed several repairs. We notified staff, and they knew about needed repairs but didnt offer any compensation, which really should have been done.”

“Very clean hotel. Our room had some drainage near the ceiling as if a past guest had a carbonated dark beverage explode and get all over the wall. This may have been unnoticed by housekeeping. Otherwise very clean. The vent in our bathroom didn’t work so it ended up a bit humid in the room. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast of egg, potatoes and turkey sausage. Cereal, oatmeal packets, fruits and muffins were a nice option! Overall would stay again!”

“I loved the aesthetic of the resort. The theme was very cute. The rooms were clean and very spacious. I would say there are a few things they could use improvements on. Microwaves in the room would be a basic need for most families, and if they aren’t offering in room microwaves, there should at least be one on the property for guests. This was a huge unplanned inconvenience. Also, not being able to bring towels from the pool to the rooms caused the children to be freezing on the way up. Lastly,...

“As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the...

“Awesome stay. All the staff was very helpful. Worked as a team, it seemed. Would stay again. Pool water wasn't cold. Sauna was great. Jacuzzi was just relaxing 😌. Cleanliness was on top of it. Room service was also so kind and respectful. Pricing was well within reach. ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️”
