“Breakfast was fine, the staff was very polite, the room was clean but the Jacuzzi tub is the reason we booked our room but it wasn't working. ”

“There were cockroaches in our bathroom! We left immediately! ”

“Dirty, shady people, doors to get in on the sides weren't locked, stained sheets, uncomfortable beds, barking dogs, and a smell that I can't explain. Do NOT stay! ”

“The room was big, the toilet didnt work right, tv didnt work at all, beds were super uncomfortable and the heat didnt work the way it needed to in order keep my children warm. The breakfast was decent for being a smaller hotel. Pool was not very enjoyable due to b.eing super cold And there beings bugs all over”

“I dont own pet, nor would I take it traveling!I was told a few days prior hot tub was working & available, major reason we frequent facility; establishment had replacement pump but always excuses not to install!Also attached restaurant was out of menu offered food.”
