“The manager on duty was pleasant and apparently a hard-worker, but he was needing help! Sadly, the nightly pet fees were more expensive than our nightly room rate!!! There were a few things that needed upgrading (i.e. stained carpeting, the needed drywall repair in bathroom), but thankfully it was clean!”

“I reserved two queen beds and they gave me a king. The lady who checked me in said it wasn’t her problem. She also said she would not give me a discount she said this was Expedia’s problem. I guess the customer isn’t always right……..”

“The staff was awesome. The gentleman cleaning up was going above and beyond. I heard he wasn’t even an employee but helping out his fiancé. The place is worn and outdated. The breakfast area has very used old furniture. The room was outdated and mold on bathroom ceiling. The tv remote only worked when held directly next to tv. Time to put money into your facility and quit putting lipstick on a pig. ”

“We always stay here when we are in Stevens Point. The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is a bit older, but it's very clean. It has been updated and we felt very safe there. The breakfast was the usual, waffles, cereal, danish, etc, and most importantly - the coffee was really good! There are plenty of options close by for food, from fast food to pubs and restaurants. Also dog friendly!”

“We've stayed here quite a few times over the winter and each time our room has been very clean, the staff is very accommodating, complimentary breakfast is good. Nice they have a waffle maker to enjoy something hot for breakfast. The best future of this Quality Inn is the pool and hot tub! It is also clean and well maintained.”
