“Everyone was so friendly and our stay was great!”

“There is no elevator in this hotel and it’s not listed they don’t have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldn’t put us on the lower level.”

“The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service at the front desk completely changed the experience. The same associate/manager who handled both check-in and check-out was consistently rude and unwelcoming. We were barely acknowledged when approaching the desk, and even simple questions were met with annoyance. At check-out, I politely asked how long it would take for the incidental hold to be released, and the response was an eye...

“This hotel is beautifully maintained. The lobby is pleasant, there is water and coffee available around the clock. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott!”

“I had an early flight and breakfast was not available which was no problem. The free shuttle to ATW Appleton Airport was wonderful and very convenient. Vicki was right on time at 5:00 am. She had an earlier shuttle at 4:30 am, but made it back in time to pick me up. ”

“Hot tub was ice cold. TV was broken and they said they would fix it. We never heard from them again. Pool room looks like it was never swept or cleaned. Breakfast was cold. $102 for the night is cheap, but it was a ripoff for the stay at this property. ”

“The TV, microwave and refrigerator in my room did not work and the sink did not drain. It was disgusting. Not to mention when we returned from our event that night the entire hotel smelled like sewer. I tried to speak with staff regarding our stay before leaving and waited at the front desk for over 10 minutes and nobody came so we just left. I will never stay at this place again and don’t recommend it to anyone. ”

“Pool and hot tub were super clean! Bed was comfortable too. I would pass on breakfast as it was not the greatest (think standard buffet but costs $15). Had a great time at Greene’s Pour House nearby, food there was delicious 😁”

“A comfortable solution with large and welcoming rooms. The hotel was under renovation but this does not cause too much discomfort. Just outside the city center in a great location for a business trip. Unfortunately poor breakfast.”

“The pool and whirlpool area was very clean. Whirlpool was given an A+. I usually don't use the whirlpool due to the cleansiness . Looks like they are doing some up dates but did not hinder my stay. Solo traveler feeling safe in the area.”
