“The floors were disgusting...I had to wash them myself in order to stay there. The front desk receptionist had terrible English. I am amazed they could charge $280 per night for this place.”

“The room was nice, very large, bed comfortable. The first staff we met was very nice. We were early so she said we’d have to pay an additional $25 to get into the room early. We were ok with that but she charged us $45. We went out to dinner and came back. The front desk person didn’t even look at us when we walked back through even though she didn’t appear to be busy. One of the reasons we picked your hotel was because you had a hot tub. It wasn’t working, very disappointing.”
