Hotel a Hilbert

“I was surprised to find out there was no elevator. Rooms were ok, but are getting tired. Found daddy long legs around the heater. Air conditioning was load and a little confusing to figure out. Breakfast was ok, all the foods, like the eggs, were heared in a bag in a microwave. The. Chopped up and put out for serving. Staff was very nice though and location was very good for EAA”

“Perfect Location, with a kwik trip a few mins away to grab necessities. Quiet, Clean, Friendly Staff in the morning when we went to grab our breakfast, pool and hot tub was GREAT! Temps just right! 7 hr drive & a 4 night stay, we will be staying again if I come back to the area.”

“We were in town for a family event. Your hotel is very centrally located. The rooms were nice, the pool looked inviting. The desk staff in the evening seemed less than enthusiastic”

“We checked in and went to our room. The room had not been turned over or cleaned. We had to check in again later. A friend had to wait for 1 3/4 hours to check in at midnight and had a confirmation number, which was useless.”

“The place was absolutely disgusting. There were a bunch of leftover hairs from some blonde lady nestled in all of the coffee ingredients stationed on the sink. I brought that up to the staff immediately, and it took three days to clean it. The shower hose was blowing water all over the bathroom and that took a couple of days to repair. Their breakfast was horrible and instead of bagels or muffins, they had leftover, stale hot dog buns for breakfast. I was there for a week-long training...
