“The front desk clerk was incredibly rude during check-in. She initially ignored me while I was waiting and later snapped at me when I forgot that my stay wasn't prepaid. Later on, I informed her that the carpet by the window was soaked from a leaking AC/heating unit. She simply told me there was nothing she could do. I was never offered a room change or maintenance assistance to dry the carpet and clear out the moldy odor. It was a highly unpleasant stay.”

“The room was pretty clean. The breakfast was nice. Found three pieces of a child’s clothes in dresser drawer.”

“Clean and friendly service”

“The front staffs was very nice and know they their job and overall the cleanliness is very good except our room toilet has a stool residue on the toilet bowl but other than that everything was good.”

“We had a lovely stay. Our host reached out in advance and offered to provide recommendations for the area. Day-of communication was excellent. We knew right where to go and how to access the rental. Room had everything needed. Neighborhood is incredibly quiet and very pleasant if you're looking for an escape. Would recommend and would stay again if we were ever in the area.”

“Very clean & updated. Everything is within walking distance. Beautiful Autumn colors. Lots of biking, hiking and relaxing by the lake. We will definitely be back in the summer. Thank you for a fabulous weekend.”

“Spectacular home with spectacular amenities. The pool and waterslide were a blast. Our 5 grandchildren ages 6 and younger lived it. As did all the adults. Hot tub was also great.Kids all enjoyed the playground and movie theatre as well. There was so much to do that 3 nights was just not enough. The house was a beautiful mansion venue. So very special. Felt like royalty. Already planning our lake house family vacation for next year.”
