Hotel a Little Chute

“The included small watermark was definitely the highlight of our stay. Our kids really enjoyed it. They do allow the public to use the waterpark so after 12pm it does get pretty busy, at least on a Saturday. Breakfast was the standard free breakfast. My biggest complaint is the beds. They were all so hard and uncomfortable. The pull up couch mattress was like a sheet over hard metal springs.”

“Comfortable beds and reasonable pricing”

“They double charged for the deposit and it has been over 2 weeks since I’ve inquired about my refunds. Still nothing. Their system recently upgraded apparently and when we checked in they couldn’t find my reservation and after 45 minutes they were able to locate it in their old system. Went up to our room and the housekeepers were in there cleaning it, mind you it’s after 7pm. So we went for dinner while they finished.”

“Our room was large and well maitained. I requested top floor so that there was no noise above us and they accommdated. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. ”

“Parking”

“We had a room right next to the breakfast area and patio. I was worried it would be loud but I didn’t hear a thing. Also we sat out on the patio and it was so nice! Area worked out very well for our trip. Very convenient.”

“Upon check in the lady at the front desk added a $50 pet fee that was not told to me on website and I did not see a place to let them know there was a small dog. She stated she could not do anything because I went through Expedia. I had to accept the fee because we were from out of town and had no options. When we entered our room there was a massive stain on the bedspread, and a dirty balled up Kleenex in the box. I requested a new room. When we got in that room there was a putrid smell....

“It’s a lovely, small, quiet inn. Although no restaurant, they will make a frozen pizza for you. They also have beer and wine available. Their breakfast room is sunny and cozy. They also carry Seattle’s Best Coffee which I love. I was only there one night, but it was a restful night.”

“It was under some upgrades and new management while we stayed. Room was comfortable. Staff was amazingly friendly.”
