“We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service”

“Breakfast was good - - a variety of different things. Rooms were clean. The walls had some visible areas where paint touchups are needed and had a weird ceiling light above the dresser but other than that it's a nice, affordable place to stay. Close to many of the places we wanted to go to, especially the Outlet.”

“Every little detail made this place magical. Very clean. Lots of options for food or snacks on site and close to amenities within the Dells. Great location. Would definitely stay again.”

“I checked in on Friday February 5th tornado sirens went off that night the I was on the third floor and no staff nothing wasn't trying to evacuate I heard my phone going off didn't know where to to go staff was not educational about that . The staff was not even trying to get knocking on the doors wasn't even trying to get people out of the rooms for this and this is a serious thing that I take Serious people could have died or got hurt and it would be the staff to walk or not informing people...

“The room that we stayed in was a bit outdated. The beds were really soft, probably not recommendable for someone with back issues. The drain in the bathtub did not drain very well. After a shower it took about a half hour to get all the water out. The inside pool area was extremely chlorinated. Made your eyes burn. The staff we encountered were all very nice. The beach area was very clean. The tickets to the zoo and Land of Natura made the stay well worth the money.”

“We had a lakeside kitchenette, with 2 queen beds. The view of the lake was beautiful. The pool looked like fun but we didn’t have time for it. Fishing was ok, a couple small bluegills caught on worms. For the price, you can’t beat this place. Our kitchenette had everything we needed except the food, pots, pans, utensils etc. very close to all the action that the Dells have to offer. Definitely worth it and will be coming back again.”

“Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.”
