“Hotel was ok. Decent enough for a quick night. Rooftop closed at 10, not sure why.. since there is no pool.. it would have been nice to have a place to sit and enjoy the air.”

“I asked for a room away from the elevator. I was told no other suites were available except by the elevator. Very noisy. Heard the ding of the elevator all night. Our phone and TV were not working. The night person at the desk told me he was busy and could not take care of it. He never did. The morning person did get maintenance to fix the problems. The pillows were awful. Just awful. Another couple told me the same thing.”

“I loved everything about the property, the property was clean and accommodating to all that traveled with me. Super family friendly when traveling with young kids. We had a hiccup and it was resolved and assured immediately! Definitely would recommend and will use this hotel for our return visit in a couple weeks! Don’t forget your swag bag upon check in! “I booked a king suite with jetted tub. Immediately upon entering the room the deep smell of cigarette use permeated the room. There were two chairs in the suite part of the room that were severely worn and old and large areas of stains on the carpeting. Walking into the bedroom section the cigarette use smell only worsened although there was an attempt to mask the smell with heavy air fresheners, to no effect. “We had an amazing peaceful stay at this hotel in WD. Newly remodeled, very clean, crisp sheets, comfortable beds and very clean bathrooms. The staff upfront was great. Breakfast was also good. Peaceful location away from the noisy WD downtown area but yet close to all the attractions. Literally everything was 3-8 minutes away and we loved this location. “Wonderful new hotel in the Dells! We enjoyed the pool and arcade everyday. Rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The staff was still learning procedures but I have no doubt that will come in time. We will be back!”

“We booked at this hotel because it said that that it included a pass for the Noah's Ark waterpark. I even got a message from them after booking that the pass was included and that we could check in early so that we could use the pass that day and the day of check out. Fantastic, right? We got there and was told no a pass was not included unless we stayed so many nights. (which we weren't booked for) They said they were not responsible for what was posted.
