Hotel a Stevens Point

“Mediocre stay. Not queens, definitely double beds. Found loose body hair in our sheets (both beds). Close to highway, can hear every car clearly. Decent rooms, but not worth the rate. ”

“The site has a sign that says they are pet friendly but when asked to bring our dog in the manager said sorry we can’t let the dog in because of allergies??? At breakfast I asked for more bacon at 930 am on Saturday and the lady said sorry we can’t make anymore we are going to close soon. The price was also not very affordable. I most likely will not stay at another Home 2 in the future. ”

“The room was clean. Staff was nice. The toilet overflowed. Whenever the heat kicked in it sounded like it was sparking. I ended up shutting it off in the middle of the night. Breakfast was slim. We came back from breakfast and noticed the room above use had leaked water all over our bathroom. Water was coming through the light. Not a terrible place to stay if that was your only option.”

“Staff was friendly and welcoming. Property was clean and updated. We had a 2 room suite. There was not a door between the 2 rooms, so if one were up you had to becareful not to bother the other. The shower had great pressure. For some reason the shower curtain was 3 to 4 inches too long and covered a 1/4 of the tub bottom. Unfortunately the bed was not comfortable at all and the pillows were very flat. I think all the hard surfaces were updated, but not the soft surfaces. Maybe that is still...

“There were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang wet towels. The bedding on the beds was summer weight but it was still winter. Peeling paint in the pool area and ants on the floor. The power went out and no one came to tell us what was happening or how long it would be out. We left early.”

“No hot water to take a shower. TV was horrible to try and find a channel worst setup ever in a hotel room television! No bars or hand bar in tub/ shower and very slippery. Other guests complained of the same exact situation. I won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn anytime soon!!! ”

“Great hotel, amazing gym, good food onsite. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich in the library cafe. Lovely space to relax by a fire with a book.”

“Hotel was not really worth the money and definitely not the extra fee they charge for the “resort” type fee…. Room was very hot, pool/jacuzzi was not working. Breakfast wasn’t great either! Definitely not recommended!”

“I reserved two queen beds and they gave me a king. The lady who checked me in said it wasn’t her problem. She also said she would not give me a discount she said this was Expedia’s problem. I guess the customer isn’t always right……..”

“Refrigerator in room very noisy and the heating register was loud, when it would come on you had to turn the tv volume up to hear it, for such a nicely decorated hotel, things are in much need of repair. SAD!”

“Breakfast was nice and seemed fresh. Pool was dirty and so was the hot tub. Room seemed clean besides the sink that wouldn’t drain properly until I “fixed” it myself. Worst part about the experience was the cleaning staff. They walked in our room 1 hour before our check out to ask if we were leaving. We told them soon. 15 minutes later I walked out to my car to pack bags and walked right back into our room. Before I walked in, again, he asked if were leaving and I said soon once more. 5 minutes...
