Hotel a Colby

“Undergoing renovations and the contractor and hotel have the place looking like a complete mess. Crap all over the place. Extremely loud all night with a lot of inconsiderate guests and no staff anywhere.”

“The room we had wasn't cleaned before they gave it to us. Found dirty kleenex in my bed. The bathtub and bathroom was not clean and the carpets throughout where we walked looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. They moved us to another room where at least 2 outlets didn't work including the only one in the bathroom and we had trouble with the toilet flushing. We did not use the breakfast bar! ”

“Stayed here while in Medford for work. The room was fine — definitely a bit dated, but honestly that almost gave it a nostalgic feel. It wasn’t anything fancy or special, but it absolutely got the job done for a quick stay. One thing I really appreciated was the nice-sized desk and desk chair. If you need to get some work done while traveling, that setup was actually better than a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall the room was spacious. Nice sized miniature fridge. Bathroom was good...

“Breakfast was empty first time I came out. 2nd time was there but was cold. Need bigger and better stuff for breakfast. Room was clean.”

“Not that it was a bad issue but the pool was being remodeled and was closed. So my wife decided to use the jet tub in the king suite. The jets did not work and black flaky stuff came out of the tubes. Overall it was a great stay and the staff was great. I cannot remember her name, but she was the hostess/waitress in the restaurant for breakfast and she was great! Very kind and helpful! Appreciated that very much.”
