“The pictures of this place very deceiving got there was very disappointing the place was very ran down the room was so small the outside was very run down . The first day the breakfast was good the next day 7:30 no one was taking care of the food it was empty!! And the carpet in the room spelled and was wet. The first thing when I walked into the lobby though was this doesn’t look like the picture 😢😢we made the bed of what we had 😢😢”

“We cancelled upon arrival after learning the entire first floor was being recarpeted, and the only rooms left were a long walk upstairs with loads of luggage and bad knees. Right next door we had a fabulous stat at Cranberry Lodge.”

“Loved the dog park. Was great to have a bar on the premises and a wonderful bartender. Our room was clean and appeared to have new carpet and bed. We had to hold the handle down for a few seconds to flush the toilet. The shower drain was plugged and should be cleaned out. Overall, was a great place to stay and we will come again.”

“The entire experience was awesome from the friendly checkin staff to the beautiful aesthetic (the arrowhead lodge shines through) the clean and cozy room with NO hallway noise, the great bartender and the beautiful cafe/bar area. The best continental breakfast spread I have ever seen and the sweet gal tending to it. Will definitely stay here again!!”

“While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website. Breakfast was being closed 30 minutes before end time as we were coming for it and it was all picked over with not much left. Parts of the hall way smelled of weed. Very disappointing experience and will not go back.”

“The pool and sauna were closed and had been for a while. I attempted to get a refund but was told because the website informed that the pool was closed I could not. They said they might (couldn’t promise anything) comp me for the extra days but I would have to pay for that night. I checked the website again and them informing people of the closure is a small text at the bottom of their front page, hardly a real notification. The room was less than well taken care of, the bathroom door had holes...

“Was disappointed that half the waterpark was shutdown, especially having 3 littles and not being able to use that section we intended to hence why we booked there. When we went to the restaurant, I had to ask to have our table wiped down and no one was in the restaurant. Our buzzer never went off for our food, when we got our food it was cold. Talked to the cashier about it and they just smiled and said sorry. I walked up again and as I was walking up they made sure to grab the tip jar and put...

“This is a good place for a stopover to rest and recharge. The rooms are small but they have everything that you need. We were in a room that faced the highway and the sound of trucks driving by was constant through the night. The staff are friendly, the pet fee was reasonable and the breakfast was decent. I would spend a night here again.”

“When I first arrived there was nobody at front desk and there was customers in front of me waiting for help. I had to call the front desk in order for somebody to finally come up to the front desk to help .. then the First room I got was pee stain mattress pads on both beds, it was pee stain that matched up on the mattresses so it was the top sheet that was only changed it looked like it looked like also mold on the mattresses… there was no elevator so I had to carry all my belongings up stairs...
