“Very nice and cozy hotel! Clean and comfortable”

“My wife and I went to go visit her son in Kendall. We stayed at your place. We really enjoyed it very clean. I love the breakfast buffet. If I had a complaint, it would be the room needs two chairs where we were hanging out. I did not like one of us sitting on the bed and one of us sitting on the chair other than that everything was great.”

“Room had a musty odor. Shower gel dispenser empty. Some stains on towels and bedding. AC worked fine. Checkout staff was friendly.”

“The property had a sign that said American inn so though were at the wrong place. Maybe just a sign on the front door would have been helpful. Than when we checked out breakfast was supposed to be at 5:30 there was no one at the front desk and nothing set up we waited until 6:00 set the key on the counter and left no one was at the desk. Maybe a note if they had to leave for an emergency or something would have been nice never will stay there again ”

“The room was clean. Bathroom was as well. The bed was very comfortable. I was traveling alone and slept all night. I felt very safe. It is in a nice area. I will stay here agian in a few weeks on my way back home. ”

“This hotel was beautiful! Breakfast was great. Should we ever need a hotel in this area again, I’d be returning. ”

“Said they offered breakfast, read in reviews that it would be a Perkins voucher, but when we got there they didn't even offer that. So no breakfast. Beds were super firm which I'm ok with (some may not be) but the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Slept terrible. Only reason I would give this 2 and not 1 star was because the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained.”

“Very disappointed TV in our suite didn’t work called for tech he couldn’t fix it. The beds are very lumpy n uncomfortable. Plus a dog in adjoining room kept barking for several hours. Will not stay there again . Very expensive not worth it !”

“The room was clean, although you can see some wear and tear in the bathtub and the carpeting areas. There was no coffee pot in the room, and the continental breakfast was very basic. The staff were friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel again for an inexpensive clean facility for lodging. ”

“The room only had one pillow in it and staff was not able to provide additional pillows. The room felt like a prison with pale blue walls and florescent lights on the wall.”
