“Very clean and appears new, but I understand that it has been there for a while. Conveniently located as to area, but behind some other buildings so little hard to find the entrance. Quiet, though, so a pretty good trade-off. Staff was attentive and helpful.”

“Room was large. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a rock. One of the worst king size beds I have slept in this year. The bed is extremely far from the A/C unit and the fans in the bathroom don’t work creating a very humid environment right by the bed. Got absolutely no sleep and then went to open the blinds in front of the bedroom window when the entire metal cylinder for the roll curtain came and fell onto my head giving me a bruise and headache for 2 days. “Overall the property was clean however the room had an odor. Free breakfast was the standard with waffles available. Had to request staff to refill items that were out. Staff did so with kindness and respect.”

“Recently refreshed property. Definitely get the "mom and pop" feel, in a good way. Rooms are not overly spacious, but very clean and functional. The heated outdoor pool was a plus and every staff member we ran into, ask how are stay was and if they could do anything. Short ride from the Elroy/Sparta trail and 10min walk to many food/drink choices. Will stay here again on our next trip to Sparta.”

“Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,...

“I had a wonderful stay! The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable experience. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a whirlpool suite, and it made my visit even more enjoyable. The extra space and relaxing whirlpool were a fantastic bonus. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place...

“They’re under a remodel so that was not counted against them. The pool was amazing for the kids and so was Moxies! We unfortunately were not in a recently renovated room but our friends were and it looked great! Ours was not bad though. Breakfast was good for us and it’s free so not sure why people gripe. Our frustration falls with the owners and their lack of communication and the lack of description in the rooms. We booked a deluxe after calling the hotel since the description was non-existent...
