“This is our home away from home. Wonderful staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, and close to dining/shopping. Stop by Track II on Gillette for equally as great service!”

“The room was dirty, and saw a spider crawling on the floor. Outlets on desk did not work, hair dryer did not work. The tissues were out. Personnel were very friendly at the front desk and for the breakfast.”

“It was not very clean. Hair was left in the tub. There was still garbage in the trash can. There were no tissues (Maybe they don't supply them?) I went to the front desk to ask a question but nobody came out to help me. ”

“the room was nice and clean, I did not like the shower as the head was to large and offered no pressure, also there is no space in the bathroom for toiletries at all. Very close to the concert, nice hot tub.”

“I chose this hotel over a cheaper option because of the advertised amenities, river view, and noon checkout—but overall, it felt overpriced for the experience. I prepaid for breakfast through Expedia but was double charged, and the “complimentary” breakfast offered to make up for issues ended up being confusing and incomplete.
