“I had a connecting flight that was missed due to mechanical failure of the plane..I called the property to let them know that I wasn't able to make it for my reservation that evening and it was out of my control because they diverted me to a different city. I gave them ample notice and still they decided to charge me for the room . I would not recommend booking with them.”

“The photos make the property seem like it was renovated but only 1/4 the property was. The pool is out of service and the continental breakfast is a joke. They basically put out a gallon of milk and 3 choices of cereal for you to choose from and a loaf of bread they bought from the local Kwik Trip. The rooms had new flooring installed but they had paint spots all over them. The bathroom was never touch in the renovation. Out rooms buy it in the tub you could not shut off. Water was running...

“The room decor was classy and the bathroom has upscale shower and sink fixtures. Downtown location river view was a bonus.”

“This hotel is super quiet, clean and uber convenient to historic downtown LaCrosse. Have stayed here several times now and have no complaints. The price has always been lower than a comparable adjacent hotel (Radisson). Cannot recommend this place enough!”

“Great breakfast. Awesome pool. Very family friendly. The kids decided this was one of their favorite hotels because it fit our vibe (we are outdoorsy people). Staff was great.”
