The rooms were filthy. Sheets had stains, sprinkler in the ceiling was taped over, microwave was dirty, no light bulbs in light fixtures and manager just handed us light bulbs to change ourselves, curtain was hanging off the rod, there were holes in the wall where receptacles are, and towels were stained. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Econo as right!!! not even any tissue/kleenix; only one electrical outlet and no bedside lamps! a coffee maker with no where to plug-in leaky faucet; toilet paper dispenser broken ; no light switches that worked : only two floor lamps and when I left at 6:30 there wasn’t any breakfast; the place smells like bleach!

I have stayed at this property over the years and it is in a slow decline. Knowing that it is the closest hotel to Trek HQ, I hesitate to write a negative review. However, we were particularly disappointed in the quality of the stay, especially for the price. For instance, the door of our room didn't lock/latch unless it was pushed tightly. There were no lamps to be able to read while in bed. In fact, the space for outlets where lamps would go were empty. The phone was purely decorative. It didn't have a ringtone and we were unable to call the front desk. The window was moldy, full of dead bugs, and the curtain was falling apart. The bathroom was incredibly small, and the tub was full of rust. The water never got fully warm. Regarding breakfast, the best part were the bananas. Overly processed and starchy. Ended up going to McDonalds for "healthier" options. :) And the pool looked very dirty. I have to say the folks that worked there were very kind and helpful. We paid about $150 for the night. I would stay there again but not for more than $70 a night.

The entire establishment was fine, just tired and rundown. The switch covers are dirty/ dingy/ cracked. Faucets are old and leaky. Breakfast room was dirty and cramped. Lobby appeared old and in need of a facelift.

Horrible place, no breakfast, internet for the TV, WIFI like said they did. Outlets hanging out of the wall with live wires. All lighting fixtures removed from the walls with live wires. No other lights in the room.

First room that was assigned to me was occupied and I woke some random person up around 11pm. Next, toilet was really dirty. There were house flies in the room. Continental breakfast wasn’t offered when I was in the lobby in the morning.

The front desk clerk was kind. Entering the hotel was a bit unnerving as we saw old furniture strewn around the property and even at the front door. When entering the front door, we could tell that the property is under renovations… That made us feel a bit better. We are hoping that the renovations continue and they are able to complete the process quickly, so that any of their future clients will have a more enjoyable experience. A bit more attention to cleanliness in the private bathrooms should be reviewed.

The pool advertised was closed, construction done on the building caused a fire hazard. After I called hotels.com, they called the hotel who mysteriously cleaned it up within an hour. There was construction debris literally piled up outside the door

DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE. I booked a room through hotels.com and when I drove up, there was indoor furniture sitting outside with men loitering, watching me like "what are you doing here". Under the canopy for checking in there was more indoor furniture setup for what looked to be a smoking area. the grounds were unkept and I would not feel safe staying there. After multiple attempts, hotels.com says the management will not give me a refund. (shocker) I wish I had taken pictures of the terrible condition of this property. I do not leave nasty reviews as a habit, but since they plan on not refunding my money, I plan to give them a bad review on all platforms.

Stay away

I understand Econo isn’t exactly a luxury brand, but this location managed to set a new low for me. The owners seem to live in the office, which might explain why the lobby felt more like someone’s living room than a hotel. The smell throughout the place was unforgettable—and not in a good way. My room featured a broken glass tabletop and missing electrical fixtures, which was a fun surprise to manage while traveling with a 6-year-old. When I brought these issues up, the staff suddenly seemed to lose the ability to understand English. If you’re thinking of staying here, I’d strongly suggest reconsidering. For the same price—or a mere $20 more—you can find an actual hotel. Honestly, sleeping under a bridge might provide a more restful and less hazardous experience.
