“Everything about the Katherine Holle house was outstanding! Very nice room, delicious breakfast and wonderful hosts!”

“It’s a very cute quiet little inn. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The beds were soooo comfortable and they even give pool towels on top of your shower towels.”

“The staff was rude and no help. The pool and hot tube was nasty. Couldnt even have breakfast because the waffle mix was really thin and runny and didnt turn out and staff didnt even try to fix it so had to spend more money to go out for breakfast. The rooms werent cleaned very good because we found stuff that wasnt even ours in the room. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the room to start with. ”

“We could not figure out how to control the heater. No glasses, kleenex, in the room. TV was great. Only one door lock worked. Blanket was more of a summer weight. Room appeared to have recently painted. Great!”

“No coffee maker, no extra toilet paper, fan in bathroom was extremely loud, front desk staff spoke broken English, and they would not except my membership for points.”

“The room we stayed is was clean. It looked as though it may have recently been renovated. But the overall hotel looks very dated. The pool was a bit green and cloudy so we certainly did not use it.”

“Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Room was spacious. If you need help after maintenance leaves don’t expect the person at front desk to help. Our AC was flashing on C instead of F. I called the front desk she said she would look at it she never showed up.”

“Overall, the hotel wasn’t very clean and hallways smelled strongly of marijuana. Thankfully our room felt fairly clean. We went to breakfast 40 minutes before it was supposed to end and there was no warm food remaining and the waffle maker was broken. Overall we don’t recommend staying at this hotel and we won’t be returning.. ”

“The hotel was not like the pictures. It was outdated, pool was small, a/c was very noisy. If I hadn’t prepaid, I would have looked for a different hotel since I needed to stay for four days.”

“I have never stayed at a hotel with a staff like this one. I actually received a phone call from them saying that I could check in at 2:00, in response to a request made by me the day before. They also volunteered a meeting room for us to use for a 2-hour murder mystery. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was constantly replenishing the food and tidying up the area. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean.”
