“Easy booking. Clean hallways and entry”

“The room was mostly updated. The bathroom could have been better, and some of the towels I had were dirty. Luckily, I had my own towels with me.”

“The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is also clean, staff are helpful and the location of the hotel is near the highway and 5-mins drive to Outlet Mall and restaurant and fast food.”

“Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend.”

“The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Even a picky eater could find something offered. The pool & Jacuzzi were also well used by us & our granddaughters. The room itself was comfy, clean, & had a microwave & frig & enough room for 4 small suitcases to be opened at the same time. Bathroom toilet paper holder was loose on the mount so probably needs a bit of tightening & the peephole in the door was missing the insert so you could actually see right into the room in tiny hole area so...

“The desk clerks were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, the towels plentiful and thicker than most hotels' towels. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. No huge pillows that are impossible to sleep on. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant kept tables and counters clean and the food replenished. The room price was good, with no hidden fees sprung on you at check-in. I will definitely return when visiting family nearby.”

“We got checked in and the pool that was advertised and a reason we choose here actually isn’t open. This is upsetting with 2 kids that were wanting to swim.”

“The rooms are run down need a major update”

“From the moment we approached the front entrance, a staff member rushed to the door to assist us, as my husband was in a wheelchair. They assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check in. The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good. I highly recommend this...

“I'm 80+ years old and the staff put me in a room on the 1st floor. The staff offered to carry my bag and walked me to my room.”
