“We had an issue when we booked with Expedia on a double booking that I did not make. I only received one confirmation on 1 booking but at 2 days prior an email was sent that I didn't open confirming 2 rooms (I believe it was a glitch in the system as I only booked 1 rm) Because the reservation was completed on Expedia the front desk lady at Comfort Inn could not do anything to remedy this, however she called Expedia to request change.
