“Breakfast was great several options, the room and hotel common areas were very clean”

“I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given.”

“Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly.”

“It is clean but outdated, the rooms could use a refresh. It took a long time to get the rollaway bed I requested and we were exhausted. Took maybe a half hour!”

“South was helpful. The restaurant was good. We just checked out the pool area, which was good for our little ones. We have a two year-old and a three month old. The pool was nice cause it was never busy, but it could be taken care of better cause there was paint chips, but overall loved the experience for our vacation. Definitely gonna revisit that once they get older and we’ll check out the water”

“What a nice hotel! We throughly enjoy our room, which was very quiet. Dealing with the staff at the front desk and during the buffet breakfast was a joy. Our stay was short, but if we are up this way again we’ll stay here.”

“The room was clean, but a member of housekeeping wanted to come and clean the room the morning I was checking out (before I left). Due to a language barrier, she didn't understand that I was leaving an hour later.”

“Front desk check was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Our king room was very clean! Breakfast was adequate, I liked the fact they had trays to take back to the room. Would stay there again.”
