“Stayed here two nights in June with my husband to attend Summerfest. The unit is walking distance to downtown Milwaukee, about 1.5 miles away from Summerfest (Uber ride was less that 10). Check in process was easy and host was quick to respond to questions. The unit is on the second floor of a house, so keep in mind that you must be able to go up one flight of stairs to enter unit (not wheelchair accessible). Unit had a well stocked kitchen with several cooking utensils, including a coffee maker...

“The instructions for this unit were a little confusing. The building security door doesn't lock and the entryway smells like stale cigarettes. We didn't realize door C opened up into more units, it was clearer from their private site instructions. I used the bathroom only to immediately find we had 0 toilet paper. We also had no bathmat, smoke detector was lying on the window sill, and an open, but unused band aid was within view under the bed. Cleaning needs a serious step up. Our friends (same...

“Beautiful building with pieces of its prior life out on display in tasteful ways. The room was good sized, quiet, and comfortable. The game room was great to have access to, and so much of Milwaukee is only a few steps or a short walk away.”

“Great location and perfect apartment for 2. Came in for a wedding for the weekend and greatly enjoyed the property! Super clean and stocked with cups/plates/utensils which was perfect for morning coffee and food brought home! Great view from the balcony. Access to the gym was also fantastic! “Two huge concerns when renting a place: Cleanliness and Comfort. This place was spotless! The building is old. But the apartment is super clean. Floors were clean. Sheets and blankets were clean. Carpet was clean. Shower was clean! The pull out sofa was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. It might not be the furniture from the pics, but it is BETTER! It is an apartment. There are noises - regular people just living life. Nothing obnoxious. Occasional doors closing (NOT Slamming!)....
