“Staff were nice and very helpful. Parking was super easy. It’s a really cute place with an amazing location; walkable to the lake, the art museum, coffeehouses and restaurants. Was startled by an unfortunate visitor when showering, right before checking out. They just need to have an exterminator do some work. ”

“The place was quite clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the heater and air conditioning thermostat malfunctioned, preventing me from getting any sleep. Our room temperature remained at a scorching 81 degrees throughout the night. I reached out to the property and they suggested we lowered it to 40-50 degrees. However, after making this adjustment, our room experienced extreme fluctuations, alternating between freezing cold and scorching hot. ”

“Nice hotel, Valet staff very professional and friendly. Front desk at check in was disappointing. Checked in later in the evening, walked up to the front desk where 2 people were working, No other guest was checking in at the time but we were not acknowledged at all. Just stood there for a few minutes until one of the staff members finally said :'can I help you'. No hi, no welcome. Asked for my ID, gave me the room key and that was it. No explanation as to how do I find my room, or any other...
