Hotel a Caledonia

“The hotel is being renovated and I am sure when it is complete it will be much better. We were in a room not yet renovated and it was not the cleanest. There were dead fly guts all on the curtains and the carpet was super stained. Otherwise the hotel is fine.”

“Room was nice enough, but the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned from the previous guests stay - there was a used washcloth still on the floor under the vanity, which is raised. You have to request for the room to be cleaned or refreshed and we requested on 2 subsequent days and it didn't happen until we happened to bump into the person who was cleaning the rooms. She still did not have us on her list but was very nice and popped in to refresh (which is what you need for clean towels or more...

“Parking felt safe, the staff at the front desk was always very nice and helpful, inly complaint was we stayed 9 days and not one time did room service come to change out sheets on the bed and had to actually ask one of the room service ladies for a couple of new towels.”

I had originally planned on just a stay for 5 days but chose to extend my stay another 7 days because of the way we were treated at La Quinta Milwaukee Airport.
