“At first I thought the room was very clean and the guy at the front desk was nice. After about 1am I stepped out of tht shower and there was a dead bug on the possiblyr that looked like a tick possibly. So I decided to checl the ”

“My only complaint is all the other clientele who brought kids that likely weren’t all theirs. To the pool. On a saturday in april. The ratio of kids to adults was about 7:1. And the pool area was very crowded.”

The rooms were nice .. housekeeping does somewhat of a good job with the rooms .. I was expecting more of a better experience with the housekeeping service.”

“The staff were great! The breakfast also. I didn’t realize they don’t come in and renew your sheets or towels/washcloths. But, they were more than will to provide them or I could come to the desk and retrieve them. The room was a little older, but clean and worked well with the roominess and extras, refrigerator stove, dish washer. It was a little older, but as I said it worked well and we were close to graduation, 12 minutes away. All and all very satisfied. I would recommend. ”

“The hotel called me 2 days before our stay and said the overbooked for the night we wanted and was canceling our reservation. The said we had to contact Expedia for refund. I am still working on getting that refund. ”
