“Terrible hotel!
Everything is very scrappy and used out. Defiitely not worth the Gour Points name. When I arrived my room was 45 degree F as heating was not working. They moved me to another room where heating was sort of ok but the temperature controller was broken so The machine went on and off all jight with lots of noise.
Personnel not very nice, almost rude and not supportive

“Travelled to Milwaukee to attend a 50th Birthday party event in Crown Plaza, for convenience I stayed in the same property. The event was organized in excellent way, food was delicious, prompt service and drinks. My stay was also very comfortable.
This property is very spacious with Restaurants,Bar,Starbucks Cafe and also a Indoor swimming pool, hot bath tub and gym.”
“Really enjoyed the vibe if the place. Rock solid secure parking in a garage very close. Area has lots of bars and restaurants, although most close early.”
“We loved this place! It was clean, very nice, and had a very private feel! The community kitchen/lounge area was really nice and clean. Self check in and out was extremely easy!!! We will stay here again and highly recommend it to any and everybody. A++++++”
“nice hotel, clean and with big rooms. Free WiFi is working very well. the only problem might be reception desk that closes at 11:00 PM (not highlighted in the reservation via Hotels.com). I didn't have breakfast so I cannot say how it is. Good ratio price/comfort”

“The restaurant was amazing and staff were outstanding. Our room was great and beds very comfy! The option to use their shuttle was so convenient and saved so much time as I was not familiar with the area. We will definitely return! ”
“Amazing property and ticked all of our boxes. We loved the record player in the room and the beautiful touches throughout the hotel. We were only in town for 2 nights but the Saint Kate made us want to stay for longer. We will be planning another trip soon and this will be our go to spot!”
