“THE CARPET IN OUR ROOM WAS WET TOILET WAS LEAKING ON FLOOR, WHEN I TOLD THE FRONT DESK THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT MOVE ME AND OFFERED NO FIXES FOR THE PROBLEM, IT WAS TO LATE TO GET ANOTHER HOTEL. wHENM i WENT TO THE FRONT DESK THE NEXT DAY SAME RESPONSE. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. ”

“Had dead centipedes and insects on blinds, had crusted food or something on bed frame, room was not clean. Fridge in room had the strongest smell of beer. Elevator door was disgusting, had liquid spill stains on it, also elevator buttons was missing ”

“Allowed 2 groups to be helped before me, and 1 group to interrupt my check in. Charged $250 for notions hold. Toliet overflowed. Walls are thin so everything was loud. Left at 3am, looking like a cartoon character ready to die from exhaustion. I never have problems with Expedia, this was 100% the property/hotels doing. ”
