“Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly.”

“I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given.”

“Appears to be in transition. I'm a local resident and stayed for a week during home repairs. It's not posted on Expedia that we are charged $250 authorization for incidentals versus the $100 they authorize others. As I've worked in hotels in this area for over 10 years', this was very odd to me. I always felt like we were being watched when I wasn't problematic and gave no issues during my stay. “No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. There is only one ice machine”

“The breakfast menu was inclusive of all items, Oatmeal, fruit (oranges), waffles, cereal , eggs, biscuits, toast, juice, coffee and milk. This was so surprising and being replenished at 7:30am when I was there. ”
