“Newly opened property. Staff were seemingly still learning computer systems and procedures, so check in was quite slow. Upon entering our room it was clear that it had not been cleaned. Staff was able to get us switched to a different, clean room, and while they did apologize they didn’t take any special steps to accommodate or “make it right” in any appreciable manner. “we picked this hotel as well located to where we needed to be. Unfortunately the room cleaning was completely unsatisfactory. a fake nail fell out of a clean towel,

“Nothing about this property felt clean or safe or manages well. When checking for bed bugs saw that mattress itself had several very large stains and smells. Blanket was threadbare and not clean curtains dirty and falling off track. Went to buy our own Lysol wipes and didn’t request room service so as not to get things dirty again. No body soap in shower container and ac unit also filthy. All in all I would take this motel
Off of Expedia. Only booked because of rating being good and not sure...
