“Amazing staff, great location”

“Bathroom are dated and mattresses are to soft. Breakfast was not good . Toilet is very low and small”

“From the moment we approached the front entrance, a staff member rushed to the door to assist us, as my husband was in a wheelchair. They assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check in. The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good. I highly recommend this...

“Great hotel for travelers. Staff were super friendly and got me checked in a little early, made it easy to check in, and the hotel was clean, beds were good + comfy. Would stay again next time I'm in Waukesha!”

“The positive: we liked the location. The negatives: the room had a strongly bad odor when we arrived and never got better. The bathroom floor and toilet were dirty. There was only one bracket where there was supposed to be a towel rack. Needs a new shower head(was not really adjustable) and shower curtain. It looked like they were attempting to fix up the front entrance with gardening items, but it was junky looking.”

“The room a broken thermostat(no heat), a broken lamp, mold in the bathroom, broken towel fixtures, dirty bedding, and a loose lock on the door. Front desk had no solutions and give no refunds.”

“We stayed for one night and had a good overall experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. Everything met our expectations, and we would consider staying again.”

“Owners were there to great us. The home is beautiful and reflects the early 1900’s period. Lots of thoughtful details. Room and as lovely and comfortable. Breakfast was delight. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend.”

“Anytime I come to Milwaukee this will be my hotel. Amazing location less than a minute from the highway. It’s almost in the same space as Ross, TJ Maxx, Five Below, Cosco and Olive Garden. The hotel smells amazing and is extremely clean. The staff were friendly and professional. The room was immaculate, king bed super comfortable (no squeaks or springs lol) and spacious. I slept like a baby. Plus the continental breakfast was a surprise and very good. But!!!! One thing!!! That shower pressure...
