Hotel a Jefferson

“Just super nice staff and everything we needed was available and working.”

“Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.”

“TV didn’t work in room and odor in room was terrible.”

“This is an old property, and the rooms reflect the age. Not bad, dirty, or in disrepair, but well used and not updated. The breakfast had decent variety, but the "hot" items were not very good at all, maybe because they were kept in steamer trays with no heat source. But the waffle maker worked great, and the coffee machine serves hot fresh brew 24/7. Front desk staff was mostly absent during key hours (like morning check out). Seems like they live on the property, and spend more time there...

“Staff was amazing the rooms had a sticky floor and bed was old.Pillows were old and the furniture was all torn.The breakfast had hard glazer donuts and the cereal was stuck to the container.Was extermly 😝. I wouldn't recommend.”

“Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc.”

“The staff was rude and no help. The pool and hot tube was nasty. Couldnt even have breakfast because the waffle mix was really thin and runny and didnt turn out and staff didnt even try to fix it so had to spend more money to go out for breakfast. The rooms werent cleaned very good because we found stuff that wasnt even ours in the room. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the room to start with. ”

“Quality Inn in Stoughton, WI was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was super.”

“One of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. Best breakfast with the most choices I’ve ever seen. Friendly, professional staff. My only problem was that they gave housekeeping the day off on Memorial Day without telling e there would be none that day. I was told at checkin for my 4-night stay that housekeeping is done on day 3 and Monday (Memorial Day) was my day for cleaning.
